Client partner: Barker and Stonehouse
Campaign: Autumn Highlights
Autumn 2015 marks a year since we first evolved our Barker and Stonehouse self-expression brand campaign.
The campaign centres around edgy and unusual ads, aimed at positioning the brand as the go-to store for style inspiration.
Four TV shoots have given us an enormous bank of footage to draw on to create bespoke ads for every season, creating a fresh look for each new wave of products.
Autumn 2015 was no different.
Each year Barker and Stonehouse release their latest trends in early autumn, bringing colour and style to an increasingly bleak season.
Not only do these trends provide fresh inspiration for consumers, their unique and stylish take helps the brand stand out in a competitive market.
To use this to its full potential and build excitement around the five staple interior trends, we established the ‘Autumn Highlights’ campaign.
A simple, stylish graphic inspired by Autumn leaves and focused on slick typography forms the base of our campaign, visually. This is carried across everything from print and POS to TV.
Teals and purples stand out from the competition, a sophisticated surprise in a sea of orange.
New product was filmed for the campaign, paired with the quirky, poetic scripts and a montage of characters that have established themselves as Barker and Stonehouse trademarks since we evolved the campaign.
The TV ads are a perfect representation of the brand’s unusual but undeniably stylish collections.
Among the quirky cast were some new faces and some new acrobatic talents. Champagne pops, bubbles, and hand-walking bring heaps of personality into the ads.
An in-store shoot allowed us to showcase the stunning flagship store as well as the stylish collections on offer.
The result is all of Barker and Stonehouse’s stylish flair condensed into 30 second TV ads and stylish design.
