Project: Wonder Weekend – Christmas Launch
Trinity Leeds aims to be the best shopping centre in the UK. To increase footfall and retail spend ahead of the crucial festive period, they launched their Christmas offer with a bang with Wonder Weekend, including Europe’s biggest Kissing Tree, which lit up when couples kissed beneath it.
We produced magical, wintery creative with just a hint of Christmas that told Leeds to pucker up. We came at them from street events, bus sides, train stations, press, radio, in-centre media and 48 sheets all across Leeds.
- Sales for the weekend put Trinity Leeds In double digit growth.
- Digital reach of the event exceeded 1.9 million.
- Launch of the Trinity Leeds Kissing Tree has since seen over 20,000 people kiss beneath it
- The Kissing Tree gained regional TV coverage when a man proposed to his partner under the tree (sealing the deal with a kiss!)
