The Mobilizer strikes again with its third award


d.fferento/ogy’s double-award winning work with Sky Media and Havas Media just became a triple-award winner. Bam.

In November at The Drum Content Awards in London, The Mobilizer made its name in the Best Content Marketing ROI Measurement Programme category.

Mark, Jim, Sue and Frazer left d.fferent towers and headed for the big city, hoping to make us proud.

After arriving over an hour late in London (due to a fallen tree), they had a 15-minute doll-up session before heading out on a hurried “flustery tottery” trip to the Emirates Stadium where the show was held.

A few selfies later the show began.

Sue said: “The whole night was packed and the entertainment was amazing. It was great to be there as representatives of the North East. It wasn’t just the traditional ‘creative’ crowd either. There were a lot of fresh, up-and-coming names and up-and-coming talents. It’s a really good feeling when your idea stands up there and gets recognised in front of the whole industry. And Frazer’s dancing was the perfect end of the night.”

Frazer said: “Having never been to an award show of this calibre, I didn’t really know what to expect. Obviously awards and booze but that’s it. I was slightly nervous but nothing a few glasses of wine couldn’t sort out. Being nominated for the award itself was great but actually winning it! For something I worked on as well. Well, there was only one thing to do. The Worm. On the party dance floor, not on the stage while we were accepting the award – that would be too far. The Mobilizer project is one of my favourite projects to date, probably something to do with the fact it’s about a superhero.”

Mark said: “It was great to be recognised by the industry and to be rewarded for the team’s hard work. Sky and Havas Media were dream clients, giving us the creative freedom to take a raw data set and turn it into truly compelling content.”
